Baton Rouge, LA (October 29, 2017) – Following the success of The 5th annual Louisiana Film, Music & Cuisine Celebration at Park City in January, The Louisiana International Film Festival & Mentorship Program will host the Bayou to Beach networking event during the AFM with partners Buffalo 8, Bondit Media Capital, Louisiana Seafood Board and Chef Ryan Rondeno.
The anticipated private event continues a tradition of unique themes each year that have included: Mardi Gras, Voodoo Love, Midnight Masquerade, Mardi Gras Masquerade and Bayou Burlesque. The “Bayou To Beach” event aims to share the great culture and talent of the Louisiana people and promote inclusiveness.
Music Entertainment will be by Louisiana native, Eddie Baytos and Friends who will perform a tribute to Fats Domino. Aileen Quinn, former child actress (“Annie”) and Golden Globe nominee will perform with her band, Aileen Quinn & The Leapin’ Lizards. Popular Louisiana aerialist, Jamie Ray of Air Seekers, who performed at the LIFF Park City event in January, will perform.
Chef Ryan Rondeno will prepare and serve Louisiana bites with seafood sponsored from the Louisiana Seafood Board.
The private event will be hosted on November 5th from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Harvelle’s Blues Club located at 1432 Fourth Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401. RSVP is required with a confirmation for attendance (email@example.com)
